Join us for an hour of endless waist whining as we "wuk up" and work up a sweat while incorporating basic elements of fitness and short damce routines. It's heating up, with carnival right around the corner, whether you're going or wish you were, our very own DJ Monumental and our instructor provide the vibes and the energy to keep you going, you'll be asking where the hour has gone?!
